Shipping Information

Domestic Orders over $99:

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $99. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee will be applied. Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Policy

7-Day Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BelovedKid. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for items unless the product is defective upon receiving it. In the case of a defective product, return shipping costs will be covered by BelovedKid.

Exchange Shipping:

For exchanges due to customer preferences or non-defective reasons, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchanged items. If you are exchanging an item due to a defect, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the requested exchange is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds for Gift Card or Store Credit Purchases:

If your purchase was made with a gift card or store credit, we will issue another gift card for the return amount.

Reporting Defective Products:

If you find the product you receive is defective, please provide us with a clear photo or video of the defect along with your return request. This will help us assess the issue and expedite the resolution process.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package your item securely, including the RA number and a copy of your original order confirmation.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided when you receive your RA number.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refund amounts will be for the item's purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges.
